The institution is managed by Bazme Urdu Adab, Rajapur, a distinguished educational organization dedicated to fostering academic advancement and socio-economic transformation in the region. It was established through the collective foresight, dedication, and inspirational leadership of Mr. Asif Ali Chougule, Mr. Kamaluddin Mapari, and Mr. A. Salam Kazi with the vision of uplifting rural communities through quality education and overall human development.

Institutional Growth & Development
With a progressive approach, the institution established National English School, Rajapur in 1994 (with Sr. KG initiated in 1993), followed by A. E. Kalsekar Educational Junior College, Rajapur in 2018–19 offering Science and Commerce streams.
These initiatives were undertaken to make quality education accessible to all sections of society, especially students from rural and semi-urban communities.
Regional Educational Hub
